Hosted Servers
Australian-hosted servers if you don't want to deal with picking a provider — you tell us what the workload is, we put it on suitable infrastructure and run it.
Offsite Backups
JetBackup or restic, shipping to Wasabi, B2 or AWS. Encrypted at rest, verified by actual restore tests — not by checking a green tick in a dashboard.
Microsoft 365
Tenant setup, mailbox provisioning, MFA and conditional access, license management. We resell direct so the bill comes from us, not from a third party.
Server-side Security
Hardening reviews, log review, intrusion detection, ModSecurity tuning, Imunify360, fail2ban. Focused on the servers we manage — we don't do desktop EDR.
Domains & DNS
Domain registration and renewal, DNS hosting (Cloudflare or otherwise), record management, propagation troubleshooting.
SSL & Certificates
Let's Encrypt automation for everything that can use it, paid CA certs for the things that can't. Renewal failures are our problem, not yours.
Monitoring & Alerting
Server-side metrics, uptime checks, slow-query alerts, certificate expiry warnings. The dashboard is shared with you so it's not a black box.
Consulting & Reviews
One-off engagements: hardening reviews, performance audits, architecture sounding-board sessions. Hourly, scoped, no retainer required.
Web Development
WordPress, custom PHP, full-stack work. We took on this work because our managed-server clients kept asking for it. Honest about what we do and don't take on.
WordPress Repair & Tuning
Sites that won't load, plugins fighting each other, white-screen-of-death after an update, malware that won't stay cleaned, page builders that have crawled to a halt. We fix the breakage and tune what's left so it stays working.
PHP Version Uplifts
Old codebases stuck on legacy PHP because nobody wants to touch them. We modernise the code, fix the deprecations, swap out abandoned libraries, and get the site running on a current, supported PHP — so it stops being the reason your server can't be patched.

You'll see us talk about server management more than anything else, because it's where we spend most of our time and it's the work we want to be known for. That doesn't mean we've stopped doing the rest.

Many of our managed-server clients started with us for one piece and grew into the rest, which is exactly how we like it.
