Do you offer support outside of business hours?

Yes. Managed service clients have access to our 24/7 critical incident line. For other clients, after-hours support is available on a per-incident basis.

What size businesses do you work with?

We work with businesses from 5 to 500+ employees. Our solutions scale to fit your organisation's size and complexity.

How does pricing work for managed services?

We offer fixed monthly per-user or per-device pricing. After an initial assessment, we'll provide a clear quote with no hidden fees. The price you're quoted is the price you pay.

Can you help us migrate from our current IT provider?

Absolutely. We handle the full transition process — documentation, credential handover, system audit, and knowledge transfer — to ensure zero disruption to your business.

Do you service businesses outside of Perth?

Yes. While we're based in Perth, our remote support, cloud services, and managed hosting are available to businesses across Australia. Onsite support outside Perth metro is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
