Mon–Fri, 8am to 6pm AWST. Voicemail and email get checked outside those hours, but won't be triaged until the next morning unless you're on a managed retainer.

What does it cost?
Managed retainer pricing is per-server, fixed monthly, and depends on what's running on it. A quiet single-site VPS sits at the low end; a busy multi-tenant cPanel reseller box sits much higher. Project work (migrations, hardening reviews) is quoted up front before anything starts. Ad-hoc hourly work is billed at our standard rate. We won't make you sit through a sales process to find out a number — ask and we'll tell you.
How fast do you respond?
Inside business hours, expect a reply on the same day, usually within a couple of hours. Critical incidents on managed-retainer servers are handled out-of-hours by arrangement — that's the main thing the retainer pays for. We won't pretend to staff a 24/7 NOC because we don't, and you shouldn't trust anyone our size who claims to.
What if we want to leave?
One month's notice on retainers. We hand over everything — runbooks, credentials, monitoring config, backup schedules. Whether you take the servers in-house, move them to another shop, or just want a clean exit, the wind-down is part of the job, not a punishment.
