We run your servers
so you don't have to.
Linux, cPanel/WHM, dedicated and VPS server management — run by an Australian team of sysadmins out of Perth. We pick up the phone, we read the logs, we patch the kernel, so when something breaks, it's our problem before it's yours.
Three things, done properly.
Server management is the work we lead with — Linux, cPanel, dedicated, VPS. It's where we spend most of our time and what we want to be known for. The rest of our IT services still wrap around it.
Linux Server Management
CloudLinux, Rocky, RHEL, Ubuntu, Debian. Web stacks, database servers, application servers, internal tooling — anything running a Linux kernel. Built, hardened, monitored, patched.
- Kernel and package patching
- nginx / Apache / LiteSpeed / PHP / Node tuning
- MySQL / MariaDB / Postgres operations
- Hardening, firewalling, audit logs
cPanel & WHM Administration
Where most of our web-agency and reseller clients live. We move them off shared hosting onto their own dedicated cPanel boxes, running CloudLinux, LiteSpeed Enterprise, Imunify360 and JetBackup — and we keep running them.
- WHM administration and PHP version management
- CloudLinux, Imunify360 + KernelCare
- Account migrations between cPanel servers
- JetBackup to offsite storage, restored to verify
Dedicated Server & VPS Management
You bought a box from OVH, Vultr, DigitalOcean, AWS, OnHost or your own DC — doesn't matter. We'll take it over and run it. Provider-agnostic, OS-agnostic, and we don't try to push you onto our infrastructure.
- Initial build, hardening, monitoring
- Ongoing patch and incident management
- Backup verification and restore drills
- Capacity reviews and right-sizing
Servers don't manage themselves.
And most teams shouldn't have to.
Over twenty years running Linux servers and working in cyber security — that's the experience sitting behind every box we manage. It's how we got here, and it's why our clients hand us their servers and stop thinking about them.
Servers are the part of an IT environment that quietly fails most often and most expensively. We built our depth around that gap. Linux servers, dedicated boxes, VPSes, cPanel hosts — built to a documented standard, monitored, patched, and backed up properly. When a database runs out of inodes at 11pm, when a kernel CVE drops and the patch window is closing, when a cPanel restore needs to happen before morning — that's where we earn our keep.
A lot of our clients are web agencies and hosting resellers who've outgrown shared hosting and want their own dedicated cPanel server without hiring someone to run it. That's the most common reason people find us — but it's not the only one. The rest of the IT services you'd expect from us (small business and corporate IT support, M365, networking, phones, web work) still sit alongside the server management.
What handing your servers over actually looks like.
Whether you're handing us an existing server to run or asking us to stand up a new one and migrate accounts across, the first month follows the same shape: understand what's there, harden it, document it, then keep it that way.
Access & inventory
You hand us SSH/WHM credentials. We document every service running, every cron, every backup target, every external dependency. You get the document — yours to keep whether you stay with us or not.
Monitoring & baseline
Server-side monitoring agents go on. We capture a baseline of normal — CPU, memory, disk I/O, query times, slow-log patterns. From here, when something goes off-baseline, we know.
Hardening & patches
SSH locked down. Patching cadence reviewed. Outdated PHP, MySQL or kernel versions flagged. Firewall rules tightened. Backups tested by actually restoring something — not just confirming the file exists.
New box, accounts moved, DNS cut
If you're moving onto a fresh server we built, this is where it happens. Built to our standard, accounts moved across with our migration tooling, verified before any DNS changes, cutover at a window you choose, source held until you're happy.
The boring, valuable stuff
Patching is handled. Disk usage trends are watched. SSL renews before it expires. Kernel CVEs get live-patched (no reboots). When something matters, you hear it from us, with a plan attached.
Tell us what you're running.
How many sites, what's hosting them today, roughly what it costs and what's making you look around. We'll come back with a sized dedicated-server proposal and a real number — usually inside a business day.
